HOW DOES JUVEDERM® WORK?

Juvederm’s® core ingredient is modified HA and treatments of Juvederm® work by temporarily restoring the volume loss beneath your skins surface without the downtime and highly-invasive process of surgery. ARE JUVEDERM® INJECTIONS PAINFUL?

Some patients who receive Juvederm® injectable fillers may experience some mild discomfort to the treatment area during their session. The use of ice to numb the treatment area is common to minimize any discomfort. If you are concerned about discomfort, a topical numbing cream before administering your treatment may be applied. Some patients may experience some bruising and swelling to the treatment area post-procedure, but these symptoms usually subside within 2-4 weeks.

CHEEKS

Juvederm® XC is dermal filler gel that is carefully injected into the facial tissue for the modification of moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds (such as smile/laugh lines) in adults over the age of 21. Juvederm® XC is the thickest consistency of the Juvederm® line and is best suited for those who are looking for that full volume appearance. The duration of Juvederm® XC may last up to 1 year.

FACIAL LINES AND WRINKLES

Juvederm Vollure™ XC is dermal filler gel that is carefully injected into the facial tissue for the modification of moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds (such as smile/laugh lines) in adults over the age of 21. Juvederm Vollure™ XC is a less thick version of Juvederm® XC and is best suited for those who are looking for a good balance between natural and fuller appearance. The results may last up to 18 months.

Juvederm Voluma XC® is dermal filler gel that is carefully injected deeply into the cheek area to help correct age-related volume loss in adults over the age of 21. Juvederm Voluma XC® is used as an alternative to the surgically invasive process of a cheek lift. The duration of Juvederm Voluma XC® may last up to 2 years.

LIPS

Juvederm® Ultra XC is dermal filler that is carefully injected into the lips and perioral area for lip augmentation in adults over the age of 21. Juvederm® Ultra XC adds more fullness and volume to thin lips. The results may last up to 1 year.

Juvederm Volbella® XC is dermal filler that is carefully injected into the lips for lip augmentation and for modification of perioral lines in adults over the age of 21. Juvederm Volbella® XC is the thinnest consistency of the Juvederm® line and is best suited for those who are looking for a more natural look. The results may last up to 12 months.
